We collect most personal information directly from you, when you complete our consultation form, email or phone us, or deal with us in person. We also collect technical information automatically when you visit this website, as described below. There may be occasions when we collect information about you from a third party.

We do not ask for sensitive information, as defined in the Privacy Act, through this website. Please do not include it in the consultation form or in messages to us.
Information collected via our website
You can visit most of this website without telling us who you are. We collect personal information through the website only when you provide it, for example by completing the consultation form or contacting us, and through the analytics described below.
This website uses HTTPS to encrypt information in transit. Our consultation form is provided by HubSpot. The details you enter are sent to and stored in our HubSpot account, and HubSpot may store and process that information outside Australia. We use it to respond to your enquiry.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand how visitors use this website. It collects information such as the pages you view, how you arrived, your device and browser, and your approximate location derived from your IP address. We turn off Google’s advertising features and ad personalisation for this measurement. When you submit our consultation form we record that a submission occurred as a conversion event. We do not send what you entered into the form to Google Analytics. Google may process this information outside Australia, including in the United States. Our website platform, Framer, also measures basic site usage.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we do not set Google Analytics cookies on your visit.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device. Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier. You can block cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
