Laing O’Rourke contracted the Time-lapse Company to document their construction of a new five-storey clinical services building adjacent to the existing Blacktown main hospital building. The building will provide comprehensive care centres for cancer, cardiac, respiratory and aged care services in open plan purpose-built facilities.
