After working with Trinity College previously on the Gateway Project, they contacted us once again regarding a new building which is part of their ‘Project 100’ strategy. They have built a new residential wing, which opened in February 2020. This building houses 100 residential students and comprises of state-of-the-art facilities including student study/common area, a gym, music and art rooms, office space and a two-story common room with a balcony. The building is surrounded by lawns and shaded courtyards, where students can relax or study.
In line with Trinity College’s sustainability commitment, the new building will be heated and cooled using geothermal energy, has a solar array and will harvest and reuse rainwater for the gardens.
